Media Form Test

Dear Press Representative:

Thank you for your interest in the 44TH NAACP Image Awards. The media application needs to be completed and submitted no later than Friday, January 18, 2013.

No journalists, photographers or camera crews will be considered without a confirmed assignment from an actual publication or broadcaster.

This application is not a guarantee that you will receive any or all of the credentials that you request. Credential applications are evaluated each year; if you have been credentialed in the past it does not necessarily mean you will be credentialed again. In addition, the fact that you may be credentialed for one of the events does not mean you will be credentialed for any other event(s).

This application is for The 44th NAACP Image Awards ONLY – press information regarding all other events leading up to the live show will be sent separately – please e-mail Amanda Nguyen at anguyen@lippingroup.com if you do not already receive our correspondence.

Media Application

  • (All subsequent correspondence related to credentials will be addressed to this name)
  • (If you are based in the U.S. but work for an outlet that serves a foreign audience, please indicate the country your outlet serves.)

  • CREDENTIAL REQUEST FORM

  • Please list your staff by NAME and MARK where they will be positioned. The total number of names below should be the same as the number of credentials you are requesting (there is no guarantee that you will be given the number of credentials you are requesting).

    • Arrivals
    • Press Room
    • Photo Room
    • Messenger / Tech
    • Digital Transmission

  • Red Carpet Arrivals:
    For electronic crew there is a maximum of three (3) people per space; for print reporters and all photographers there is only one (1) person per space.

    Photo Room (Photographers only):
    No radio or television outlets permitted.

    Digital Transmission Room (for photographers transmitting images only):
    The Awards telecast will be visible on monitors.

    General Press Room (Print/Radio/Television/Online Media):
    This room will have assigned theatre-style seating for television reporters and assigned seating at tables for journalists. Award winners will be brought to the room to answer questions in the press conference-style setting. The Awards telecast will be visible on monitors.

    Messenger/Tech:
    This credential will allow for limited access to arrivals area and/or press rooms for retrieval/delivery of disks/film/tapes and for equipment repair or replacement, etc.

    If you would like to install telephone, fax or ISDN lines at your own expense, please check the box above and you will be contacted with further information regarding installation in the near future. Please note that these requests need to be submitted by January 25, 2013.
